Their 10Q and offering history would indicate that their COH level <$19M is getting near time for an infusion. Not sure, obviously, about when they need to raise cash, but all biotechs seem to, so unless they have milestones from a partner you need to stay alert for a bond issue or a stock issue etc. You may wish to look at their sources of cash infusion, and their filing history. May not be an issue especially if they are near a milestone.
