I am told that "Brenda Pace" is a "Close friend" of chef Tony.When this was registered we thought that it was so that they could print share certs. to give to the increasingly agitated "Friends and family " who had invested in this scam...however they have now been given (For a fee) shares in the new venture, as yet no word of what exactly it is..being hawked by Tony and Morelli. I would think that would get the investors off their backs for the non existent PAPA shares.
The whole scam seems to lurch from one thing to another.
Would not touch it with a barge pole...Once a scammer always a scammer. A lot of people in Pueblo have NOT FORGOTTEN that they got badly burned in "Chef Tony"s previous life as a mortgage fraudster even if the DA failed miserably to jail him..I am told he is still on probation for that...so what is he doing selling penny stocks??
