The CEO, Jeff Reid had cancer during that period of time. He had to choose between staying alive and helping KMAG grow. He chose life.

And investing has nothing to do with feeling emotions over someone's illness.

What it should clearly indicate to you is KMAG is a one man shop operation. And as an investor you have lost ground in stockholder equity. Now you have the SEC investigating securities violations.
