hi Lambshift No not to buy my FFGO shares but my 2005 Div shares in Bouse / Copperstone they NMGL tasked to aquire 100% Ownership! No One Action of many to do as per FFGO last PR!
If you send me Email..privately..i will forward Lowenthal replies stating FFGO is Nothing to do with him NMGL!!

where is the proof for the so-called "scamming"?

the facts are out and clear

both FFGO and NMGL knew long ago FFGO was going to be revoked


FFGO was a current SEC violator for failure to file ( FFGO refused to file one single periodic report from day one )
They LIED in the agreement stating they knew of no reason or any legal or regulatory issue that would interfere with this so called fantasy divvy

NMGL also failed to perform the proper DD when they entered the agreement with FFGO/WD to see they were SEC violators for not filing any required SEC reports

Both company's knew FFGO was going to be revoked

Both companies knew if the just keep stringing the share holders along with one BS filing or PR after another the SEC would catch up to them and revoke the stock

FFGO/WD & NMGL .. knew they would NEVER have to pay any fantasy divvy

ever!
