Who cares if he has something big. Gain the confidence of shareholders back...do not R/S with news ( again, IF there is any type of news...could just be a stock selling scheme...who knows ). Regardless of the Share Structure...do not R/S with news....for the simple fact Tivus said they had a contract back in August last year.....it is only fair. Once confidence is gained....the sky is the limit...do as they please. Nothing will move this without the confidence of shareholders.
Again...this is just assumptions.....lots of people think this is a scam....could very well be. Little more information please.
