Dividend has been cut.

Interest payments have been suspended.

Contract with Time Warner cancelled.

I hate to say it, but this stinks.

I bought some at $2.20 (mainly because it broke the 20 Day EMA)

And was hoping for it to meet the 50-Day SMA (which is at 2.67)

Technically the move is excellent as it has crushed the SMA ....

But fundamentally I don't like it.
