ukpeter: If you are frustrated just imagine how frustrated FFGO management must be? Justice is taking its dear sweet time that is for sure. Abusive naked shorting continues to be a problem long after it should have been stopped by regulators. Other countries have outlawed it completely while the U.S. markets continue to tolerate it. My broker told me years ago that it was not going to be easy to beat these guys since they controlled the game. Progress is slow but we have to be thankful our management had the courage to take this stand and stick to it. Kudos to them for designing a plan the shorts have been unable to compromise. Go FFGO!!! Dividends of 3400%+ are worth waiting for!
