My "guess" is that they wanted to be sure that the venue question was settled. Also by Dec 11th we should have some disclosures as to how they plan to reorganize.
The size of the BK would suggest an EC should be appointed IMO.
Watching a new one - I didn't have any available funds today or I would have jumped in. BKRSQ - it was trading at less than 1% of 52 wk high. It stabalized today and should end the week somewhere at or above .03 ---- I'm thinking more like .05 - .07 - lets see where it sits on friday.
