One day I saw MOBL go from .30 too .40 in about 5 minutes as one person bought the asking price markers out this person made a stock price rise that quickly. I think he put in his own selling prices before he began to buy. He set up 1,000 shares at every penny mark and bought 5,000 shares at a time till he had bought up to .40 By doing this the bid price follwed the asking price all the way up to .40 then it took several days to go back to .30 about two weeks. In which time he sold all the shares he wanted to. Then if he wanted to he was able to restock when the price went down.
