why do some ticker boards have a intraday chart and quote box and others dont?

Greeking Meatloaf,

The following board has Surveys put up by a board moderator, and while Admin has informed me that a Free member such as I can access them, I can not locate where on the board the entrance to surveys is located.

I tried Opera, Crome, and Firefox with same results of no doorway being shown.

BTW, Mr. Churak has given permission to be that guinea pig, being reduced to a Free member.
