Yup should have blamed himself for not making any adjustments. Instead of trying to run the ball to open up the passing game he should do just the opposite and use the passing game to set up the run. Nobody could defend the passing game if he would use all the guys including the tight ends and fullbacks and tailbacks out of the backfield. Havilli used to just wear people out running that little wheel route and he just doesn't seem to want to use that very much. The tight ends are always open in the seams but he doesn't seem to like that route too much either.
