Paratrooper, that is 100% Correct and the Majority Totally AGREE! Ken is making All the Right Moves as the Company(Katx) Continues to Expand And Grow Well into the Future, Investors are Happily holding on to their shares and Accumulating more whenever possible! I am Proud to be a Shareholder along with Many other Daily Followers, Reversal will happen quickly and with little notice that is why it is Best to be in at these Way Oversold Prices.

the SEC does not feel that any of this applies to Katx because the S-1, with some minor tweaking is progressing nicely through channels. i would think that if any of the violations and etc that you continue to accuse the company of were applicable the Sec would have pulled the plug. The continued nonsense about the sec building a case against katx does not have much merit at this point in time . Continued accusations do not change the fact that no wrong doing is or has taken place.

trooper...Misleading, Outdated, and Inaccurate Information along with erroneous information being submitted to the SEC for the S-1 Registration and other filings was/is being removed, updated, and AMENDED.

Apparently you are unaware of these corrections...
However, you can update yourself with the SEC correspondence/links via Edgar Filings and Historical events mentioned in PR's that have been removed from the Company website, but still saved on the 'Internet.'

I'm certain all the information has been posted here and discussed.

Now that the new S-1 was filed, the lawyers must have followed whatever the SEC required and asked for.
Looking good to me.
Shareholder's immediate concern now is the vapor-shares that are floating around for so long.
My hope is that the SEC will do something about it and that Ken's Lawyers will take actions against those CROOKS who are selling KATX & BVIG Vapor-shares.
