I would like to hear a statement from VPER that they are fully pursuing LED manufacturing. Lets be honest, the portfolio they've got is vague.

How many chances do you think VPER should get before they should be questioned? I have given them long over a year and they have yet to show anything of any merit.

Why do you think I'm so hard on VPER? I'll tell you why.Because they put out PRs and make everyone think BIG things are imminent and then they quit talking about them and put out another PR that get people all excited with another PR like this new Pilot Program deal.

What happened to the exclusive 5 year LED sales for the entire countries of India and Saudi Arabia that was supposed to have been signed at the beginning of the year?

What happened to the GSA contract that they supposedly got?

What happened to the double merger that was supposed to be done in March-April?

What happened to the DC build out? First it was said one of their unnamed JV partners has secured financing and then the Grant money was the financing.They all but said the check was in the mail, but come to find out that program had been cancelled and there was and will be no check.

What's the status with LEDS America supposed merger and their Iowa build out?

Remember the PowerDisk? How about the LEDO LEDs? Everyone was soooo excited about that.that was supposed to be a HUGE deal. When was the last time you heard any mention of that?

Right there are just 6 reasons this year to be hard on VPER. 6 BIG things they have promised and have yet to deliver, People just let things like this go but I don't. They have promised and projected millions of dollars in LED sales and revenue and have yet to sell one single item. 2 LED build out facilities are supposed to be done and producing by the end of the year and yet nothing has even started yet.

Those 6 things are just THIS year. That's not counting everything they have promised this year. Now there have been 6 chances they have had to do something and so far they have not done anything.

Apparently you are fine with VPER just putting out PRs that never get finished.I am not.I expect them to finish them and they have yet to finish anything.

In addition to my last post I need to add this since I didn't think about it until after I posted it.

I would absolutely love to see VPER to succeed.

I would love to see a PR put out saying that VPER has secured the original projected initial sales order of $2MM for streetlight sales in Saudi Arabia and another $3.5MM initial sales order for India.

Let's be honest here. This sales projection was in early Jan. Do you really think after 10(counting Jan) months they just forgot to order LEDs from VPER?
