SEC is a joke, 3700 employees or something and they are all overworked and they have to look over like 15000 companies or what??

The stock market is the biggest fraud on people in the world.

DTCC doesn't have to produce one share of stock. The big brokerages sell stock without owning them.

Big scam. Naked short selling is what it is.

Why does the sec let so many penny stocks exist. They should first have audited financaials in order to trade. Thats simple right?
