Sorry. I should've stated 2014. My point was that I wouldn't worry about an RS at this time. I'm confused as to why Michael Ray would mention an RS to qualify ACT for uplisting to NASDAQ. Their current mkt cap is a fraction of the requirement. To get to the SP needed they'd have to go in the neighborhood 20:1 just to get close. I believe an AMEX uplisting would be easier, but still not do-able in the near term.
