Does Drago indeed own the foreign rights? I thought deals made by the BOC were voided by the order establishing the receiver. If that is the case, CLYW still retains the patent everywhere. No?
I agree. This time though the daic parties are more aligned with our interests and he has to deal with a receiver that can determine his fate. Calypso was not in the same situation before the receiver, therefore it made sense for the daic parties not to go along with Calypso, they didn't have to. Not that I think it was a good plan on their part. I think they would have been more richly rewarded had the stock remained trading. This has been and continues to be a long term investment.
