Via the Webber contacts, I have learned over the week end that one of Webbers previous Concepcion divers (Francisco Popa) who is a marine parts supplier in Puerto Plata had the following information.
" The Hispaniola has not left the dock since it was tied up the two years ago. The one watchman employee (Dominican named Cesar) is no longer there and the ship is not attended".

And now raider has provided yet MORE confirmation of what has been stated here for a long time.
