As you very well know from your experience with FCPG, nothing can be done correctly without a lawyer and an accounting/auditing firm. Therefore, this company CAN NEVER file antything with the SEC without first getting the services of those two entities that I have mentioned.

The movements of this stock at this time are simply based on the behaviour of present shareholders who are moving out, or maybe returning in, or maybe just playing a game of cat and mouse trying to get a bite before the place gets flooded! No experienced NEWCOMER is going to put a penny on this stock by reading the last 5 PRs which provide absolutely no substantiation of the information provided therein.

And even you know that NO COMPANY can be called legitimate in the age of technology without a simple Website that shows what it does, where it is located and who is running the company!
