KATX's MM's Knight Capital had to borrow $500 Million this year so far to correct Trading errors - Will they need to borrow additional funds to correct the KATX/BVIG Spin-off fiasco we will soon see!!

ShareHolders WILL Benefit either way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

And if they try not to pay - GIANT LAWSUIT - they cannot win

I bet they are going to be sorry they have a current short possition in KATX and BVIG, More so with BVIG cause they will have to produce the spin-off BVIG for the vapor stocks they sold during late last year.

Someone has to pay for all those vapor-shares, could be close to a billion shares, who knows.
The Naked-short shares so far Huge Huge Huge beyond belief.
All shareholders need to ask the SEC & Congress for action to stop this maddness and lawlessness.

the SEC should have no trouble finding more bad stuff from these Crooks.

Looks like $500 Million may not be enough
to cover all those Air-shares sold to the investors.
I won't sell my KATX shares for less than $2.00 per.
All shareholders should hold their shares tight.
Squezzz is coming.
Ken should know what to do and hire the most powerful Law-Firm he can find.

With the new penalty for Naked-shorting
the punishment will be more than just a financial loss for the Crooks, jail will be another.
The way they shorted KATX is really stupid.
Ken really needs to talk to a powerful Law-Firm to deal with this Crooks.

and New SEC Rules hopefully will put an end to naked shorting.
New SEC Rules are effective as of 11-30-2012.
