Even though the 'Dominion of Melchizedek' is generally recognized as fictitious, it was dreamed up by fraudsters to carry out schemes without (they thought) the fear of accountability . Some have even been brazen enough to attempt to run this by judges in courts without success.
Nauru is one of many 'micro' countries that, because of very limited sources of income, are a breeding ground for some of the same schemes.
It wasn't necessary to tack on ' a member of the United Nations'. Just more unnecessary glitter in an attempt strengthen one's position.

BTW, 'Doctor', why are you not a 'Member of the Board of Directors' of MIHL. Is there something we should know that prevents you from doing so?
