you seem to have a good handle on it. everything thing you said is pretty much "spot on".

Early on, I had hopes that Abe could do big things. When he did the r/s, I was encouraged because he reversed the a/s as well as the o/s, which is rare in pinkieland.

But he has not been able to raise any financing, he has lost leases, and he is out of operating cash and is saddled with some ugly looking debt. in an ominous move, he recently raised the a/s back to a billion shares, and there's only one reason to do that.

so "dead in the water" is a good description. I have used the term "dead" in a couple of recent posts myself.
