What's not to like about Amarant buying 85% of ADL claims for 90 million shares in a private company?
Nothing if you're a bondholder of Amarant.

If you're a shareholder in MDMN, I'd think there's a lot not to like.

The update was out at 3:50 so there was not enough time to judge if it would do anything to the sp. Looking at level 2 the last 10 minutes were quite comforting as quite a few buys were coming in.

superdow, the news did something for the sale price. The news was released around 15:50:00 when the bid ask was .113/.115

By 15:50:50 10,000 share purchased at the ask to move it to .1165

At 15:51:02 284,900 share were purchased at the ask of .1165 followed by trades totaling another 10,100 shares that consumed all of the available .1165 ask at 15:51:49

At 15:52:28 a trade of 50,000 took out the new ask of .1168 and move it to .1169

At 15:52:36 19,000 shares traded at the ask of .1169

At 15:54:31 the bid moved up to .1131 and 38 seconds later there were 3 trades that took out another 85,750 shares in 2 seconds

At 15:56:03 the last 5,000 shares of the ask of .1169

At 15:56:10 the ask was moved up to .119

17 seconds later a MM tried to drop the ask to .1135 but was taken out in a second for another 20,000 shares and the ask remained at .119 where another 1,000 shares traded 5 seconds later at 15:56:32

At 15:56:38 another 65,000 shares traded at the ask of .119

At 15:57:49 another 30,000 shares traded at the ask of .119

AT 15:57:59 Etrade accepted my order for 50,000 at .12 and at 15:57:59 the tape shows an in-between trade for 2,750 shares were moved into my account at that time

At 15:58:10 another 1,000 shares traded at the ask of .119

AT 15:58:47 the bid moved to .1141 with no takers

At 15:59:13 another 5,000 shars traded and at the same time those were shown by Etrade to have been moved into my account

At 15:59:16 the ask was moved up to .1195

At 15:59:27 and again at 15:59:54 2,000 shares each traded at the ask

The market closed at 16:00:00 with the bid ask at .1141/.1195 and 42,500 share of my order at .12 not filled.

Think about it. I'm offering to buy 50,000 shares at 12 cents and all they can come up with was 7,500 shares. (Mondays going to be great)
