What is the rationale for demand for these shares that ends up with price increases? the stock is now up to close to 3% of face, and 3% of prior historic values. there is probably a strong posibility(50/50) that within the next 5-6 years the stock will be back to face value. looking for a 30x increase in value.

the big jump in price of shares was equal to about 0.3% of face, and 3% of trading price. was on strangely low volume(i do not track volume). brought it back to the aug. 24 2012 value, which were the lowest prices since jan 2011.

Same logic, just no circular dividend payments and draws. Now, no draws. We always knew that taxpayers would be paid back first. We like the "net investment" idea, which the Ds are following. What would happen with the Rs, who knows, but it wouldn't be completely hopeless with them given the need to avoid destroying the housing market, which even they wouldn't want to do necessarily. Rich people need to have a half-way decent economy for the middle class, so that most of the benefits can trickle up to the 1%.
