The last time we went this long without an YA 8K, the subsequent 8K announced a reverse split. I would be the first to admit, I will be surprised if that is the case.

Given the lack of 8Ks for licensing, the best case scenario is we have a new SEC filing strategy. I think it would be two great questions for the con call:

1. What determines if NeoMedia files an 8K?
2. When does NeoMedia designate the 8K as material?
