Back in the "good old days", the amended financial report and attorney letter would have been a "sticky" IMO.

Maybe there's not enough room, due to all the DD on this board.

The letter was released a couple weeks ago. They basically say JR told us this stuff and he seems like a good chap. Then they found a 6 year old kid too sign it.

Yes the signed letter of Sept 27th, signed by four attorneys at the firm representing KMAG is available.

Goog: "OTC pink". Type in KMAG in the quote box. Select filings at the left side of the screen.

It has been out there since 27-Sep. The Lawyer stating they believe the company filed all forms required of a non-reporting OTC Pink stock. For the 4th time: They very carefully note they are not passing judgement on the accuracy of the OTC filings. A Lawyer is not a CPA.
