But I'm a little shocked that you havent given the ss going forward more potential with the settlement with JMJ and southridge.

They also seem to be smarter about picking their battles as the decided give up their defense vs beast nutrition...was "beast mode" really worth lawyer fees of a few $100k at a penny or for that matter a half-penny?
