They have been falsifying press releases since the name change in May 2011 when they did the reverse split. When they did that they posted on their web page their anticipated ridiculous revenue for that year and they did not even have a plant, financing nothing! It lasted on their website for about 2 days. Nobody is going to jail and nobody is going to prosecute.
