There's no sentencing date for Steven Moskowitz because he's a material witness for the prosecution in the USDOJ's case against his business partner, Michael Metter.

The USDOJ will defer having Moskowitz sentenced until some point after he's thrown Metter under a bus. Then, at that point in time, Moskowitz will be sentenced. After all, the judge sentencing Moskowitz will be interested in hearing the USDOJ discuss the extent to which Moskowitz cooperated with the prosecutor in this case. That way, if Moskowitz proves instrumental in putting Metter away for life, Moskowitz might get off with 23 years instead of, say, 28.

Time for the rest of the share holders to face reality. SPNG management/insiders ran a scam house of cards. They lied, cheated, wrote bad checks, sold illegal stock, created phony books and got nailed for it

Company is on the way to be liquidated by the BK judge. Sorry to say, share holders will lose every cent invested. The SEC will revoke the stock and the crooks will stand trial for their crimes
