If an 'application to their licensing authority' has/had not yet been submitted then why was Nauru even mentioned in the first place?
Besides would a 'UN Member' not easily 'reciprocate' with the U.S. and how would you know that the 'easy reciprocation' is not there if no application was submitted?
Since when do attorneys give financial advice? Who is your CFO?

Perhaps ANTIGUA would be more accommodating.
There is an expatriate Canadian living in Costa Rica (last time anyone checked), who is experienced in these kind of schemes and would maybe broker this deal. His name escapes me at the moment, but I will run across it again somewhere in my files and pass it on for your consideration. Perhaps, with all your consulting experience, you may even know who this person is.

BTW, 'Doctor', why are you not a 'Member of the Board of Directors' of MIHL. Is there something we should know that prevents you from doing so?
