It looks to be specific to actions/activities/statements dated Dec 2004 as well as forward looking.
Heck, after my last question is it stupid to suggest that the same be restated publicly for the record following recent activities?. Hummm? Would a public ditto from PBLS restating same be in good order now that it's post hurricane and post acquisitions of three more Companies?
Like most that go insane my insanity has a source and it's name is WEGI who recently told the world much more then I ever wanted to hear about the need for additional financing. I promise I'm not trying to be a pain in the the butt. Just seems a little more "disclosure" directly from PBLS following all that has happened would be nice. It is Oct 2005 after all and a lot has happened since Dec 2004 and the message dated June 2005.
