Nope the SEC can only suspend for 10 days whereupon it resumes trading on the greys that's how it's always worked. Been tracking suspensions for over 10 years. Now if you are thinking revocation then yes that will completely stop the trading of GTGP that will be many months in coming before or if it happens. The cannot impose and IMMEDIATE stop trading order in the OTC. The greys are all they can do and that will stop 99% of any new investors for falling for the lies.
