They got suspended for a series of ever increasing lies in their PRs which did not stand up to the SEC's scrutiny, and their other info accessible by the public. Was NOT a need to file financials. Chances are unless the SEC decides to pursue further enforcement action which can take months or years nobody will ever really know but like the over 1100 companies suspended in the last almost 3 years it will NEVER be back on the OTC.
