Take that together with Fred's caveat and it's pretty clear what EDIG is telling us. Even the believers are not arguing this point.

It's also clear why he did not address this issue in any fashion following the recent re-exam with other patents.

I am not arguing one way or the other - that is why I posted all of the language and both sides of the coin as it were...anything else wold be deceitful, and why bother?

EDIG will either prevail on the patent infringement stuff or fail...it is that simple.

I just wanted to provide some accurate information containing a real court's reasoning in this area, of course all of this is for informational purposes only, etc...

I have NO idea what will happen and whether EDIG will succeed or fail...
