mmm...wouldn't that be the SEC that dropped the share price for a 90% loss? For a pink that does not make or sell a product and whose stock count is not rapidly rising...why the need for financials? The nice bounce here further signifies that the SEC involvement is possibly the scam. Now, I will say that Jim gave them the opportunity and that was stupid, but hell, I was doing just fine as investor until SEC came round.
