I agree 100%. picture this,,,if first warning is worth say...75 million with all potential business in europe...and llbo owns 45% of fws...the 4,900,000,000 o/s shares are worth...33.75 mill dollars:
75,000,000 x 45% =33,750,000 then
33,750,000/4,900,000,000(o/s)
= .006887
100,000,000 shares goes from nothing to 688,775.51
