Im impressed with your knowlege but that dose not change my stock position. or my opinion about the companies chances to hit .005. That is not impossible and at that point in time I will make a choise. For now I say no deal.

I found out recently it costs $150,000.- to file an S1...personally don't think a scammer would bother with those costs. OTOW
