UNDAUNTED, it's just people speculating, usually when the share price drops or a lot of shares are sold at once. As usual, it's just speculation.

simply put when companies want to unload a new boatload of shares there seems to be certain market makers they prefer for this....might simply be that they are best at getting good pricing without driving the pps down too far. perhaps they offer special programs and pricing for unloading. mm's are middlemen and can not by themselves dilute a stock.
