The plan did not detail how Romney would support the ethanol mandate. He is Big Oil inside and out. The coal industry will be the biggest commodites winner under Romney.

IMO, the best energy policy we could have is to support every single energy source wherever it makes sense.
Nuclear, coal, N Gas, Ethanol, Solar, wind...

Wherever it makes sense...Meaning, wherever an energy source is efficient enough to produce more energy that you have to expend to capture it.

If we went by that standard we'd have lots of Nuclear, Coal, Petroleum and small, isolated pockets of everything else.
