In other words, any deal(s) which have been signed (per casaprop) are subject to budget and finance committe approval, hence, HLNT cannot PR that a to be named later deal is done because without that final approval, the deal is not 100% done. While approval(s) may be and hopefully is/are pro forma at this point the best I can say is "good food takes time." Go HLNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
