If it is like everything else this guy has touched - .0001 and billions upon billions of shares in the AS..... and do not be at all surprised to see Dror issue himself preferreds so he can dick with the AS and anything else he wants.

Any crap ticker where one South Floridian insists on 100% voting rights is a scam whether the SEC wishes to acknowledge it or not.
