I agree PC..I am very pleased with my investment here and echo your sentiments about the trading of WAFR! It was just a matter of time before it all came together and we are on the cusp ofsome news that will take this back to where it belongs! The audit is what I am especially proud to see happen..it seems to be first and foremost with everyone on the board and getting it moving is what has allowed me to continue buying here...the prices are so damn attractive as well and I have to admit I am looking for the 50 cent to dollar range for my investment to grow as well! It's still a long term stock for me though...at least a few years downline!

WAFR announced this past Monday that they have started the
S-1 application and have hired a PCAOB certified auditor who is now auditing the financials
For fiscal years 2010 and 2011.

Except, Phil, this is what the PR actually says, "COREwafer believes that Salberg & Company will have adequate time to prepare audited financials for the two years ended December 31, 2012, during the first fiscal quarter of 2013."

So, no audited financials until sometime in 2013.
No S-1 until sometime in 2013.
And the merger?
Who knows?
