EschewVice, from what i understand revenues have came from trans tech which was merged somehow into vsul. not sure what if any revenues have been generated by spectrum tech of vsul. been following vsul for a few years, after poster from vsul posted on yahoo apdn board. that is when vsul market cap was about the same as apdn. his message was to tout vsul over apdn. vsul was trading at .70 then. not saying not to buy vsul may very well a huge force in years to come. also not 100% positive but think someone in managment of vsul has been involved in ffiv and mvis in a major way. gl

Valuing a growth company based on its past revenue is like using your rear view mirror to drive your car.

The company should generate $7m from their core biz. They have $3m in cash. It looks like they will reflect the SPP deal as licensing revenue too.

VSUL has a mkt cap of approx $16m versus APDN of approx $130m
I posted the differences between the 2 companies in a prior post.
