You want my thoughts on that? OK...

Management gave 40,000,000 shares to a promoter/"consultant" as payment to start a pump so that they can sell their trillions (yes I said trillions and not billions) of common shares of this pos as they convert their preferred shares. Then when this gets to trip-zero again (probably within a month or two barring SEC suspension sort of like a familiar one to you - BZR*) they will reverse split again and start the cycle over to sell more of those shares.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm, but you already knew all that IMO so why are you asking me?
