DOn't ask me Icat - So far it has taken the attny for my Dads estate 4 months to finish just one of the tax forms - ANDDD He's getting paid - it's simplistic and we provided everything with all the necessary paperwork.......
If there are things in the works, even if they fall thru, its possible you have to list it if something has been signed and then amend it later on....
I'm not sure.......I only know I had a tax license once and what my Dad made and where it came from was not very hard to figure out.
Not hard either, but months later we are still waiting and threatening to go to the courts/judge/bar association for breach of contract or dereliction of duties or something to that tune.
