Totally. We're a Holding company now and ready to take the next step. Handing out shares every time we make an acquisition or name a new board member would make no since doubling the shares and handing them out twice to Trillacorpe so they keep there SDVOB status.

Partnering up on major deals makes total since to me. Been holding that in for awhile glad it's off my chest.

I love Eedg as a holding company. I don't want anyone owning 51% of us. Frank is the head of our BOD he and Chavis are going to bring in so much attention and others were gonna rock soon.

Patience is what it's all about.

Awesome news today.

IPI is going to be a cash cow as well.

Agree also and I think eedg tech is the cornerstone and the link now between groups and partnerships.

I'll admit to getting stuck on the merger but putting all the pieces together and the steps they've been taking point to this direction. I love it and feel it offers more.

I.e. the construction company can maintain all status, bindings, liability etc and because of a partnership process eedg benefits from the work relationship but doesn't jeopardize the African initiative, for example, with any liability items. Just my thought.

Also eedg solutions can focus on those types of projects while eedg tech as a holding company can now focus on a diversity of biz that benefits our growth and adds a stability across industry platforms like they are starting to do with ipi, drinkable, African initi, trillacorpe.

Good stuff.

Hate to break it to you, But this technology has been around for decades. These machines are a dime a dozen, and EEDG's is more expensive because it is made in China. There are NUMEROUS Africa initiatives, foundations, scams and legitimate causes alike. EEDG makes it sound like they are the only ones, they are not. In fact they have to pay patent royalties to the holders of the technology just like the Military does, but much more. EEDG's business plan is based on emotion and "world need" and is seriously flawed. There are alot of dollars to be made praying on the emotions of suckers, and they are trying unsuccessfully to cash in on that. EEDG is just another SCAM that will be paying the piper soon enough.. Ask EEDG for a full disclosure statement that should be available to a shareholder. Let the board know what they say..
