Both WSRA and GDSM stated that the GoldStar project was sidelined (but not cancelled) as the Azurite JV was taking priority. GDSM already payed the initial $50K to get the project moving. $50k sounds about right to get road work done so that makes sense.

It is nice to see, as announced in the PR from GDSM...

Western Sierra has completed an initial road survey and has the road improvements needed currently out for bid. The initial focus of the JV will be improvements leading to the main surface ore body, as well as the opening of some of the existing tunnels. The beginning efforts also include the plant pad cleanup; work on the cabin and notifications to the proper authorities regarding activity at the property.

Is that right? I thought you said WSRA has done just fine all these years without JVs but I don't agree with that. The partnership with GDSM is important and would greatly help both companies. I didn't even hear of WSRA until GDSM mentioned them in a PR.
