He probably does not have anything to say. Without "news" you cannot do a PR. And everyone knows what a fluff piece looks like.

I am sure if there is something to be announced, it would be. ANd that is the problem--with no news, people have a natural tendency to think that nothing is going on.

There may be things going on --but just not worthy of a PR.

Would you want a PR just to say they shipped some equipment to Nicaraugua and they have not started using them yet?

Or woud you rather they wait until they are using the equipment and producing gold at an average rate of 10 ounces a day?
