I have to take issue with you on this thought that they can 'legally never have a PR'. Yes that is true. Yes if they never wanted to offer a PR they could go that route. At the same time, if they wanted to they could sell their shares for a penny - but why do that? And why would they never offer a PR - suggesting that they are going above the legal requirements is, well, lets say, they are not exactly doing us a favour by making the occassional PR. I cannot think of many people who would invest in a company that never offers any news except what they are legally reqired too. I give management credit where it is due, but lets not pat them on the back for offering us PR on occassion. I am a part owner of this firm, not some servant who should be thrilled when spoken too.
