#24248 RE: PhilCheeze #24243

Watching and waiting PC with eager anticipation. What'll the naysayers cling to once that had been consummated? I think that whatever has them in a tissy now is sure to be exacerbated once the company has this in place as there will surely be a wealth of news to share once the politics of filing have been done.
It could be considered bad form by the powers that be if WAFR were to PR about the ongoing business of two merged entities prior to an official filing with the state of incorporation.
I'm sure the company has opted for this path as it is the one paved in Lilly white that ensures that no haste has been made in overlooking rules or code of conduct.
And I'm sure they are as eager as any of us shareholders to tell everyone about whats been going on behind the scenes.
IMHO this is precisely why they mentioned Neel operations in the latest PR and not CWS. All IMHO
$WAFR.

#24250 RE: PhilCheeze #24243

So looking at the NV sos website I see 3 listings and I saw something. Follow me and see if I have this...

Core Wafer Systems LLC was long ago and it is now expired - irrelevant at this point.

Core Wafer Systems INC business license just expired on Sunday, 9/30/12.

Corewafer Industries INC is the new company and their license is active.

So what Im wondering is, I'm reading this to mean the merger has been completed, as is why the CW Systems INC licence wasn't renewed. Therefore the company is no longer operating as the old company but now running as the new Core Wafer Industries INC (WAFR). Am I looking at this right, or am I way off in understanding this? Thanks

WAFR!
