Maybe institutional investors are loading up in anticipation of the DTC lifting the chill .......

LLBO has been working on getting it lifted since it went into effect and it has been a couple of years now.

Supposedly some bogus trading company got a hold of some LLBO shares and intended to sell them ......

There was never any real proof that they did but because they had them when they got busted the chill was automatically put into place.

Fair or not it did not matter, they did it anyway ...
